Baggu Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility and Timeframe

You may return full-priced items to Baggu within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify, returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Apparel must be unworn and in the same condition as when received. Returns that show signs of wear or use cannot be accepted.

Sale items, including any merchandise from promotional events and sale collections, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Begin your return or exchange by contacting Baggu through the contact page on our website. Please do not send returns without prior approval, as this can delay your refund.
  2. Follow the instructions we provide for mailing your return or visiting a physical store for an in-person return or exchange.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item to confirm it meets our condition requirements, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping and Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • A $4.95 restocking fee applies to mailed returns and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns made in Baggu’s physical stores, exchanges, and returns accepted as store credit do not incur the restocking fee.
  • Returning items in person at a Baggu store avoids the restocking fee and expedites the process.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. After we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed on our end.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same procedure as returns. Contact Baggu via the contact page to initiate an exchange and receive instructions before returning your item.

Price Adjustments

If an item you purchased goes on sale within seven days of your purchase date, Baggu offers a one-time price adjustment for the difference, refunded to your original payment method. This courtesy applies once per item.

You may cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us promptly through the site’s contact page.
